30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when you subscribe to PublisherMate™. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@publishermate.com or use the contact form on our support page. Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of your first payment
- A brief reason for your request (optional — helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Eligibility
- The 30-day guarantee applies to the first payment on any new subscription.
- Renewal payments (after the initial 30-day window) are not eligible for a refund unless required by law.
- Annual plan refunds requested after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
- Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To receive a refund, you must contact us as described above.
After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can export your content at any time before your account closes.
